Is Jennifer Lopez Replacement Judge For Kara in American Idol?

There's been a lot of gossip about who will be replacing the missing American Idol judges this fall, but one name seems to be hanging in. According to the article below from Findtut.com, J.Lo may have made a deal with the producers as a replacement. We'll just have to wait and see. I think she could be a very good choice.

Findtut: "“American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi is leaving the show, in a strong indication that pop diva Jennifer Lopez has made a deal to replace her, a source said.Reports late this week said J.Lo was very close to signing.DioGuardi, an accomplished songwriter and the daughter of former Westchester GOP Congressman Joseph DioGuardi, had been in an awkward position for months waiting to hear her fate as TV’s No. 1 show underwent a top-to-bottom makeover.”I felt like I won the lottery when I joined ‘American Idol’ two years ago, but I feel like now is the best time to leave,” she said in a prepared statement.

For the past two seasons, DioGuardi had been the fourth judge on the panel. With the departures of Simon Cowell and Ellen Degeneres, the show’s producers hinted they were leaning toward returning to the original, three-judge format.Word for weeks had been that she was out, but DioGuardi was stuck in limbo while negotiations with Lopez continued.A Fox network official last night refused to comment on the Lopez deal.It looks like J.Lo will join rocker Steven Tyler on the panel with Randy Jackson, the lone holdover.
